John Adams

Owner, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

John spent more than two years working as a summer helper for Laudeman Pest Control under George Laudeman, gaining valuable hands-on experience in residential and commercial pest management. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Lebanon Valley College in January 2026.

John enjoys working outdoors and is committed to providing reliable, personalized service to every customer. As a co-owner, he works full-time in the field while also helping lead the company's growth and long-term strategy.

Jared Graeff

Owner, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Jared began working for Laudeman Pest Control as a summer helper in 2022 and became a Pennsylvania Certified Applicator in 2023. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Lebanon Valley College in May 2026 with dual majors in Business Administration and Marketing.

Jared is passionate about the pest control industry and enjoys building lasting relationships with customers while providing effective, dependable service. As a co-owner, he works full-time in the field and helps guide the company's growth and future direction.

Abigail Adams

Owner, Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Abby earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Marketing from Lebanon Valley College in August 2025 before completing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Certificate in Marketing in May 2026.

As Chief Operating Officer, Abby oversees the company's day-to-day operations, including customer service, scheduling, marketing, strategy, growth, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial management. She is dedicated to ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience while supporting the continued growth of J&J Termite & Pest Control.
